Production Supervisor - line performance (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Omaha region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
