Production Supervisor - line performance (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Vista Auto Group is a Omaha company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
