Production Supervisor - line performance (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Bright Wren Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 831 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
