Production Supervisor - line performance (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Granite Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Omaha, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
