Production Supervisor - line performance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Drift Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
