Production Supervisor - line performance (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Willow Medical Group is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
