Production Supervisor - line performance (Oakland, CA)

Nova Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oakland, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
