Production Supervisor - line performance (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
