Production Supervisor - line performance (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Foods Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
