Production Supervisor - line performance (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
