Production Supervisor - line performance (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
