Production Supervisor - line performance (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Sable Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Nashville plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
