Production Supervisor - line performance (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
