Production Supervisor - line performance (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Union Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
