Production Supervisor - line performance (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Wilder Manufacturing makes precision components in Nashville. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
