Production Supervisor - line performance (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
