Production Supervisor - line performance (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Analytics is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
