Production Supervisor - line performance (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Milwaukee, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
