Production Supervisor - line performance (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Fox Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 964 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
