Production Supervisor - line performance (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Ridge Medical is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
