Production Supervisor - line performance (Madison, WI)

Northwind Loom Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
