Production Supervisor - line performance (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Bright Press produces print and digital publications in Madison, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
