Production Supervisor - line performance (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
