Production Supervisor - line performance (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
