Production Supervisor - line performance (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
