Production Supervisor - line performance (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
