Production Supervisor - line performance (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
