Production Supervisor - line performance (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Wilder Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Las Vegas, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 905 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
