Production Supervisor - line performance (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Loom Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
