Production Supervisor - line performance (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
