Production Supervisor - line performance (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Bright Pharma develops and makes medicines in Knoxville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
