Production Supervisor - line performance (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Associates manufactures parts and assemblies at its Knoxville plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
