Production Supervisor - line performance (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Orchard Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Kansas City. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
