Production Supervisor - line performance (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Willow Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
