Production Supervisor - line performance (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
