Production Supervisor - line performance (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jackson. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
