Production Supervisor - line performance (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Field Medical is a Indianapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
