Production Supervisor - line performance (Houston, TX)

Amberfield North Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
