Production Supervisor - line performance (Houston, TX)

Redstone North Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Houston, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
