Production Supervisor - line performance (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Honolulu, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
