Production Supervisor - line performance (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Honolulu plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
