Production Supervisor - line performance (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood West Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
