Production Supervisor - line performance (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Beacon Press Partners produces print and digital publications in Hartford, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 226 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
