Production Supervisor - line performance (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Nova Sable Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
