Production Supervisor - line performance (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
