Production Supervisor - line performance (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
