Production Supervisor - line performance (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Corner Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Fresno, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
