Production Supervisor - line performance (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Sable Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
