Production Supervisor - line performance (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Fresno. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
