Production Supervisor - line performance (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge River Press Partners is a printer and publisher in Fort Worth serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
